What Could Cause Pain Near The Teeth That Radiates To Ear And Neck?

Behind my last tooth in the upper right side it hurts. I'm not sure if it's cut or what not? I have no idea. The pain is going to my right ear and down to my neck. I can open my mouth wide because it hurts. I'm only 14 been happening for the last week. I flashed a light in my mouth to check around my gums. And in my upper gums I have some white parts. There not like patching just some parts are white there's no pain or cuts or anything. I'm extremely worried. Seems like my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You need to get done ENT consultation .
There could be pain because of the ear or tooth. The pain radiated around the region of cheeck ,ear ,neck.
You might require antibiotics or if wax in the ear then wax removal. As there is no swelling in the gums and no dental caries as it seems by your description , there are more chances of it being a ear pain.
In doubt do reply.
