After that surgery everything was perfect, there was no pain at all.But from a year whenever I masturbate I feel pain in the surgical area and can't even walk properly and walk and feel weakness. I masturbated three times in last week, from that time i am feeling a little pain in the surgical area and discomfort and i can't run on stairs.when i try to walk on stairs i feel pressure on the surgical area. I went to the doctor he said there is no hernia. Kindly help me in this matter.

Hi,
It seems that due to strain on lower abdominal muscles and there might be having some fibrosis and adhesion after surgery might cause this problem.
There is another chance of having recurrence of hernia producing this problem.
On clinical examination this will give more clear clue about your problem.
Avoid constipation and lifting heavy weight.
Ok and take care.
