What Could Cause Pain And Tight Chest, Dizziness, Difficulty Breathing After Tonsillectomy?

I am female 21 years old.
I had a tonsillectomy on wednesday 19th feb. It is now monday 24th and since the op I have been experiencing pain and tightness of chest, can manage shallow breathes only and experience dizziness constantly. I am on paracetamol as only medication. Please help me understand what is causing my breathing problem. Thanks

You could be suffering from some infection or it could be because of hypereactive airways which go into spasm esp in people with h/o allergy. Your doctor should nebulize you frequently and may prescribe some inhalers.
