What Could Cause Numbness In Hand, Pins And Needles And Swelling In Arms, Legs And Ankle?

Hello I am 31 about 232lbs 5ft5in when I am sleep in any position my hands goes numb especially my right hand I feel like its has pins and needles and it hurts so bad it wakes me out my sleep and then for it to go away I have to sit up for it to go away, it only hurts in the morning for the most part, and it seems this happens when I am about to start my period, which bring others symptom of fatigue and swelling of the arms and legs like ankle area and wrist area.

It can be cervical spondylitis. In this there is nerve compression and it causes tingling and numbnes in hand and shoulder. I would advice you to get your cervical spine x ray. Also check your blood sugar and blood pressure. These investigation will give us idea if there is any thing else is wrong with you.
Meanwhile avoid using high pillow. Take methylcobal and pregabalin tablet. Avoid high salt diet.
