What Could Cause Nausea With Head Ache & Stomach Pain?

For the past couple of days maybe a week I have been feeling lightheaded, nauseous but won t throw up, throw up wanting to come up my throat, dizzy, stomach aches, head aches, increased sense of smell, many smells make me nauseous, grossed out by many foods and weird pains on the lower sides of my stomach

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted the history of you having lightheaded, nausea, dizziness, stomach aches, headache, increased sense of smell.
All happening within a week.
All this can be due to constitutional infection which needs evaluation.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations:
Blood tests for CBC, Widal , Malaria, blood culture and sensitivity helps in some cases.
Tests of stool and urine.
Symptomatic treatment with PPI, Domperidone, antibiotic as per the clinical evaluation and reports of the tests.
Additional treatment with paracetamol, multivitamins and as needed.
