The cause will have to be accurately diagnosed after a physical examination and supportive laboratory investigations, but based on the current presentation the cause could be a hormonal imbalance, menopause (assuming this as I do not know your age), infections, etc.
The causes can be numerous, and so a visit to the doctor is mandatory. In the meantime, please abstain from all forms of sexual contact.
