What Could Cause Lower Stomach Pain,dizziness And Light Headedness?
i am a 28 year old male, i exercise daily, i dont drink any alcohol but i am a smoker. i have been having lower stomach aches, dizzy spells light headedness and i have blacked out more than once in the passed month.

Smoking cause number of problems like gastritis, clot formation or chances of cancer. Stomach ache could be due to gastritis cause by smoking. In case of dizziness, headache and blackout, it could be due to decrease circulation to brain, that may be cause by less peripheral poor blood return to brain. U should go for doppler test and consult a physician.
