General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
The reason for the pain in the pelvis are appendicitis, renal colic, irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, fibroids, or polycystic ovarian syndrome etc.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, fluconazoe, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and lactic acid bacilli. And dicyclomine hydrochloride, for pain relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
