What Could Cause Lower Abdominal Cramps During Pregnancy?

hey, i m 8th week pregnant. I have mild to severe lower abdominal cramps and pain in lower back. these pains have been there since 2 weeks, had ultrasound, doc said everything. next check up due in two weeks. my heart has started sinking since 2 days. i m 23. my 1st preg. is this normal?

I can understand your concerns.
Lower abdominal pain and lower back pain are usual in pregnancy.
This is because pelvic ligaments starts stretching.
I think your should not worry.
Take adequate rest in left lateral position.
Avoid heavy work and lifting heavy things.
You can do hot compresses for your back pain.

Go for a repeat ultrasound as advised by your doctor in due time.
