What Could Cause Knob Above Belly Button With Stomach Aches?

i have a knob right above my belly button that kind of pops out a little. i push on it and it goes back in then comes back in al little while. i feel like i have something living in there. im 59 and a little overweight any ideas i have been having stomach aches, but i just thought it could be from drinking wire, i drink about a bottle after work to get to sleep

This is classical of a supra-umbilical hernia.
I would advise you the following:
Somehow you have reduce your alcohol intake to be prepared to have surgery.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen to see the effects on liver and also high resolution ultrasound for abdominal wall to confirm the supra-umbilical hernia, its content.
Since you have not mentioned about any symptoms, it may be non-obstructing hernia. But this ought to grow bigger hence it is preferable to get it operated when the conditions are optimum.
