What Could Cause Iodine Smelling Urine?
My mother is complaining that her urine smells like iodine. The worry I have is she will not go to the doctor. She said she has old antibiotics and she can cure the problem herself. She is 74 years old. She is type 2 diabetic. What can I do to convince her to seek medical attention. She tells me to mind my own business. Help me doctor I am scared for her health

This could be olfactory hallucination, in geriatric age such weird kind of symptoms are very common and some time becomes difficult to handle, one need to be very patience while handling this, make her sure that this would come around, any placebo agent can be tried for this, try Vitamin c 5o mg three times in day, take care.
