What Could Cause Frequent Urge To Urinate And Tingling In Vagina?

Hi. I am 19 year old female. Recently I've had difficulties urinating which was caused by being dehydrated. Later on I've had a urge to pee but did not want to pee. So I went to another doctor he prescribed metronidazole for my vaginal discharge. Also flucess. Now 3 days later im taking metronidazole only. I have a urge to pee' my bladder feels full and im peeing in small amounts with a weird tingly feeling in my vagina. It really feels annoying I cant even sit up.

You will need your urine tested for infection as well a vaginal swab for culture and microscopy to find the cause of the problem. Metronidazole or fluconazole does not cause resolution of urinary tract infection if it exists.
