What Could Cause Frequent Bladder Infections With Foul Smelling Urine & Breath?

hi. I am 39, 140 and I am healthy. I am not on prescription medicine of any sort. I first complained to my Dr about foul smelling urine. she treated me with a dose of macrodantin 100mg; however, that did not seem to help. I have also noticed a substantial change in my breath. I have foul smelling breath even though I brush several times a day. my mouth feels clean after brushing but the foul smell is coming up my throat. I have reoccuring problems with bladder infections but my symptoms are usually very obvious with pain during urination. I am not experiencing any of those symptoms now.

* Bad odor by mouth is in relation with upper respiratory tract / oral cavity
lesions .
* Foul smelling breath like acidotic breathing in diabetic ketoacidosis is
absolutely pathological condition of underlying systemic insult to great
extent .
