What Could Cause Free Air Passing Through The Ear ?

hello, i just finished mowing my lawn and i came inside to rest. after a few minutes i felt preassure in my ear. after a couple more minutes i can hear air entering and leaving my ear when i breathe. I dont know if i should seek medical help or not. please help. Also, im a 15 year old boy if that helps anything.

Hi, your symptoms are suggestive of Eustachian tube dysfunction and the pressure must have been because of blockade and then passage of air is when it has opened up. Sometimes with strenuous work, the Eustachian tube gets blocked. If the problem does not improve, use of nasal decongestant drops help. Regrads
