What Could Cause Feverish,back Pain,headache And Delay In Periods?

hi i have taken letrozole for 2-6 days of period and then i got ovulation on day 15 now i am on my day 30. today morning i have taken pregnancy test but it came negative. iam feeling feverish, back pain, headache...no period... can you tell me the reasons why iam feeling like that iam pregnant....?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion repetition of test might be needed.Wait for a week and if the period is missed then do the urine pregnancy test.It might be too early to test for pregnancy.The pregnancy symptoms like nausea,vomitings,increased urination,sore breasts start around 6 weeks of pregnancy.So dont worry.Relax.
