What Could Cause Excess Of White Discharge?

hello for a little bit now I've noticed that I had a white milky discharge and i can feel it when it comes out almost like I peed in my pants feeling .. it sometimes smells but not fishy smell I have abdominal pain sometimes not a lot for. a couple of mins I have diverticulosis tho . I hve no burning during urinination no pain with intercourse no swelling or itchiness

The excessive discharge not associated with foul sell or itching could be a normal healthy discharge due to the normal vaginal flora. This gradually decreases on its own before periods.
