What Could Cause Diaphragmatic Paralysis, Chronic Fatigue, Weight Loss, Dehydration, Semi Consciousness, Shortness Of Breath?

A 64-year-old female family member is experiencing what appears to be diaphragmatic paralysis, chronic fatigue, weight loss, nausea, severe headache, pain on right upper abdominal cavity under rib, radiating pain to the back head up to the Neck. CBC good, oxygen and blood pressure low and high respectively when she has diaphragmatic contractions but otherwise stable. Repeatedly reports of dehydration, Amber urine but when she is hydrated it goes back to normal. She reports that her body is starting to shut down. She is sleeping approximately 21 to 22 hours a day. Shortness of breath and weak as a kitten. Drifts in and out of semi consciousness. No diagnosis.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The lady seems to have multiple pathologies, and that has to be investigated the common etiology would be diabetic and related neuropathies, this need to be ruled out first, then other near possible cause would be hypertension, if this is the diseases then it can be easily be managed and she could be alright, take care of her, bye.
