What Could Cause Cold Chills?

I am a 19 year old female 142 lbs 5.4 feet tall. Everyday I feel worse and worse. I always get cold chills, recently I started getting light headed and dizzy. I also notice my hands and legs shacking a little during the day. This morning my stomic started to hurt and I threw up. I do have anemia, but its never been serious. What could br.causes of this?

The only illnesses that run in my family are heart problems, my sister, 2 brothers, and my mom all have heart issues.
