General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.In a feeding mother breast lumps are seen, and they generally turns up as normal / ductal dilatation.
2.Generally due to the obstruction in the ducts there will be stasis of the milk.
3.Dont worry much, see your doctor as scheduled and get an ultrasound breast done / to rule out any mass. ( it will give the nature of the lesion duct / cyst / lump / abscess)
4.After that depending on the finding treated accordingly.
5.It does appears in case of less feeding / non feeding females.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
