What Could Cause Blood In Cough, Pressure In Ear And Stiff Neck?

cough coming from last one year sometimes with blood , pressure in right ear 24*7 from last one year and stiff neck from last one year....male 22yrs , CT scan chest normal , audiometry of ear normal....really tensed for all these symptoms....plz advice me

The most common causes for prolonged cough are: (1) post nasal drip- this is the most common cause and may not be obvious in some persons
(2)GERD- may also be without the typical symptoms in some persons
(3)asthma

Since post nasal drip is the most common cause, you may want to consider initiating treatment for this (if no obvious reflux symptoms).
This treatment includes avoidance of any known allergens, topical steroid nasal sprays and oral antihistamines.

It may take a few weeks for maximal effect.

If after a few weeks there is no improvement then you can try reflux treatment.
