What Could Cause Abdominal Pain,headache,back Aches & Mild Cramping?

could i be pregnant im 16 years old i was sexually abused on may 11 .i didnt tell anyone the day it happened and i didn t plan to but then i started felling very nauseous and i decided to tell and go to the hospital where they did a rape kit and gave me a morning after pill.i got my period a week earlier than usual. lately ive ben feelin nauseous and had strong abdominal pain and i had a little bit of blood spotting on June 4th.i get major headaches and backaches and i never get full. this month i had a ligher ahorter period with mild cramping which is very adnormal for me. and ivz been having diherrea for 3 weeks. i took a test shortly after my adnormal period and it was negative.could i possibly still be pregnant?

hi,if the pregnancy test is negative pregnancy is ruled out as these kits are highly sensitive.so there is nothing to worry.the nausea shorter period and spotting can be because of the hormonal imbalance which is created by morning after pill.you can take tab emeset 4 mg twice a day for 3 days and for diarrhea take sporolac sachet twice a day for 3 days and take tab norflox 400 mg twice a day for 5 days.dont be anxious all is good with you.take care all the best.
