What Could Cause A Red Spot On The Right Inner Thigh?

I brought my son home from nursery this evening and noticed a red spot on his right leg inner thigh since then i have changed my son again and have noticed there are several more appearing some with yellow heads on theyve grown quiet big n look angry red

HI...by what you quote I feel that it might be a n allergy like a simple urticaria or a rapidly spreading pyoderma as you quote that there are lots of yellow heads appearing.

But I want to stress on something very important - Skin conditions are best diagnosed only after seeing directly. I suggest you to upload photographs of the same on this website, so that I can guide you scientifically.
