What Could Cause A Pop At The Back Of Head & Cause Headache?

Hello, i was just curious. I was working out a week and a half ago and felt a loud pop on the back right side of my head. Then i felt a warm sensation throughout my head and extreme pain. It went away after about 10 minutes. Now when I do strenuous activity i get slight headaches. Any ideas?

It's called 'Shirshoola, a shooting pain in head anywhere. Is there any history of sinusitis, chronic cold etc?

Commonly an Ayurveda tab 'Shirshooladi vajra ras' 2 bid with honey may be given for two weeks and Shadbindu oil 2 drops in each nostril every morning. It's pungent but effective.

If cold etc history is there, Chitrak Haritaki is added. That's also bitter.

Two weeks will indicate some effect. Then we may think whether to continue.

Hope it helps you.
