Hi, I am having a lot of trouble with bones in my left ankle and backbone making popping or cracking sounds. Sometimes my bones ache so badly in above areas, but also in my neck, shoulders, and across the front of my chest. I experience so much pain and it s very frustrating. I have been diagnosed with both fibromyalgia and also neuropathy in all four limbs, plus many other things. Thank-you, Terri
