Hello

Your report suggests increased bronchovascular markings in both sided perihilar region .
It may be due to infection,inflammation etc.
It is important to rule out infective etiology.You may require antibiotics after clinical assessment.
You also need further tests like routine hemogram.
Avoid smoking if you are smoker.
