I just had a bowel movement and about 5 minutes after, all of a sudden I get drenched in swear, get hit with what feels like severe menstral cramps, and extremely light headed. I m not due to start my period for another week and a half. What could it be

It appears you may have developed acute infectious enteritis for this will suggest you to get your stool examination and complete haemogram to confirm whether there is infection.
