Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should not worry for RBS. Is normal. RBS means Random Blood Sugar. In your teport worrisome is Hb and HCV report. Hb is too low. Normal is 12-14. But your father is having 7.2 which is quite low. HCV reactive means your father has Hepatitis C virus infection. It is chronic liver virus and can cause cirrhosis of liver. May be because of this his Hb is low. So consult gastroenterologist.
