What Could Blocked Fallopian Tubes With Cramps And Back Pain Suggest?

Hi, I am 32 years old and trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with blocked fallopian tubes. Two weeks ago I had pain in the lower abdomen and the scan showed that I had a 7cm cyst on my right ovary. One week later, I got cramps on day 21 of my cycle but my period did not come. Today is day 27, period not yet here, cramping started again together with lower back pain and I have a creamy discharge from time to time. My cycle is between 21 - 26 days. Help please

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Cramping in the lower abdomen can be due to cyst in the ovaries or pelvic infection.
It is difficult to conceive with blocked fallopian tubes.
However, if your periods are not on time, then you should get a urine pregnancy test to rule out any pregnancy.
Do get a ultrasound done if pregnancy test is negative.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
