General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It may be caused by 3 issues. First, there may be stone in common bile duct and it should be removed with ERCP or another surgery. Second, it may be tumors and third it may be stenosis. You need to do ERCP and if there is stenosis or blocakage and then further treatment can be planned. Wish you a good health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kindly regards,
Ivan R. Rommstein
