Thanks for a good thorough history.
1. Now you are on birth control pills. You are taking them regularly and before that, your
pregnancy tests were negative. So chances of pregnancy are almost nil.
2. Your
heart rate and high pulse suggest that you are not a suitable candidate for oral birth pills. Take your Gynecologist's opinion before you continue with the next birth control pill pack. You may have to switch over to some other birth control measure.
3. The
abdominal pain,
nausea,
vomiting - all are suggesting that you have developed acidity due to the pills. Are you taking pills on empty stomach? They should be consumed after food - preferably at bed time.
4. From your history, it appears you are under quite a
stress, not only of pregnancy, even otherwise also. The stress also causes such symptoms, including IBS. Cardiac symptoms with stress again makes you more vulnerable for birth control pills side effects. You may take help of a counsellor initially.
5. Still if you are suspecting pregnancy, wait for the menses. If they are missed for 8-10 days, you may go for urine test for pregnancy and/or
ultrasonography which will reveal whether you are pregnant or not.
I hope you have got the answers of all your queries. If still any more information is needed, you may contact me.
