What Could Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries In T VS Pelvis And Abdomen Mean?

my periods are irregular and i had sex with my boy friend i consult the doctor for irregular periods so doctor confirmed that am not pregnant and she suggest me to do some test there are CB P and the other is transvaginal scan of pelvis + abdomen and it was done and i got the impression is moderate anemia in CB P and got impression is bilateral polycystic ovaries in T VS pelvis+abdomen. what does it mean? and i want to know whether i may get pregnant in future.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder of women in reproductive age group wherein ovaries will be enlarged and contains numerous small cysts. (polycystic appearance).
Definitve treatment is present for this condition like oral contraceptives, metformin,weight loss.So,no need to worry.
