What Could Be Wrong If Having Bad Headaches, Dizziness And Nausea?

For a while now I haven't been feeling to well. I get really bad headches & a dizzy nauseous feeling. It doesn't last through our the whole day but most of the day. It's really weird, I was wondering if you could tell me what might possibly be wrong with me?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello:

The symptoms you are describing, can be due to a migraine. It can present as throbbing intense pain in half of the head, with light and sound intolerance; also nausea or vomite. Sometimes it can have vertigo during the attack. The pain can last as long as 72 h, and exacerbates with movement.
Patients having more than 4 attacks per month, should try prophylactic medication as topiramate, amitryptiline or valproic acid. For the acute attacks I usually prescribe a triptan as zolmitriptan or eletriptan. I suggest you to look for a neurologist to confirm the diagnosis and prescribe you the right medication.
Please let me know if you have any doubt before your doctor's appointment.
