What Could Be The Treatment For Bilateral Hyper Intense Foci Seen In Sub Cortical Frontal Hemisphere And Some Over Chronic Lacunae?
Hi My husband had an MRI done which reads bilateral hyperintense foci seen in subcortical frontal hemisphere s/o chronic lacunes .the reason for this MRI scan was him falling sick 3to 4 times every year with complaints of loss of confidence , feeling low, etc after 3 to 4 days he gets back to normal .please guide us further .had consulted a neuro he has prescribed drugs

I really appreciate your concern for your husband, this is nothing to worry this condition does not have any disease, this could be normal findings mostly related with the age, and does not need any treatment, neither this is manifest I would advise you to forget this and continue the medicine given by neurologist, take care and have nice day.
