What Could Be The Symptoms Of Anxiety Attack?

My heart is beating very fast, especially when lying down. BP high (for me) 129/82. HR 93. Normal for me is 110/66 , HR 72. Slight tingling in right arm, on underside. Weird humming in chest. Low grade fever:99-100.Clammy cold hands. Excessive sweating last night. Could this be just anxiety?

If you were are tensed and worried about something and felt so, then yes it is highly likely its an anxiety attack. The mentioned blood pressure and pulse is within normal range so there is nothing to worry about that. On the other hand what about the cold clammy hands and rise in temperature? Did they subside? If yes did it subside and start again? What were you thinking about when it started? A continuous fever and cold clammy skin needs to be checked. Hope this clears your questions.
