What Could Be The Red Spot On Butt With Dry Skin?
My granddaughter had one thumbnail-sized raw, red, spot on her buttock. Around the edges of the spot the skin was dry. Other tiny red spots were appearing. It looked like it might have been red around her anus as well. One visit to a doctor said the diagnosis was a yeast infection and an antibiotic cream was prescribed. One and a half days later and it s gotten much worse. Does this seem like a yeast infection? Food allergy?

For better infection , I need to see the picture.
If it is yeast infection then you may not need antibiotic cream.
Rather you should apply clotrimazole or micanozole cream.
Is there any ithcing, pain, swelling?
