Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have anemia, or infection or structural change on uterus or ovaries like fibroids, or ovarian cysts.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis besides other routine tests.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole
,cifixime,ornidazole,and hematinics.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
