What Could Be The Reason Of Voice Break And Breathing Problem?

Dear Doctor, Goodmorning. I am from Goa and require your help. During swollowing I am having sensation of something obstructing . There isalso problem of voicebreaking and sometime breathing obstruction. Thisproblem isstarted for last 1 month. What could be the reason and remedy for the same.

thanks for posting query........you didn't mention your age....any history of smoking.....anyways you should see an ent surgeon and undergo laryngoscopy and subsequently will be advised...it could be a cancer so dont take it lightly...i hope this satisfies you.
