What Could Be The Reason Of Swelling In The Foreskin Of Penis ?
sir, i have partial phimosis but i can retract my foreskin when flaccid very easily but have a bit problem in erect stage.....taday when i masterbaded then after some time i noticed swelling omn my foreskin though i have noticed it earlier it subsides in a day or two ...but whenever i masterbade the foreskin swells sir, i wnt to know reason ....is it something serious??

you have no problem except foreskin
it is logical that in erect stage size of penis is increase but skin remain the same .thats why you have problem
you are right you have partial phimosis and circumcision is the only solution
better to consult surgeon and get it done
apply good lubricant improve movement

Welcome to HCM.
When you forcibly try to retract the foreskin, minor skin abrasions take place which leads to inflammation and swelling.
Repeated minor tears in the foreskin will lead to worsening of the problem as healing of tears is accompanied with contracture.
Best would be to consult a surgeon and on examination if his opinion is that circumcision is necessary then I suggest you go for circumcision.
