What Could Be The Reason Of Having Dizzy And Light Headed For A 75 Year Old Male ?

Weak heart with a pacemaker/defibiler. I am 75 years old. Taking blood thinner. why am I dizzy and light headed all the time. my blood pressure was 129 over 69 ten minutes ago.

The problem you have may be due to Cerebro bacillar insufficiency.
it may be due to cervical spondilitis.
