Welcome to Healthcare Magic
This could be due to increased irritation of penis to certain chemicals in recently changed soap, shampoo called Balanitis. It can also result due to certain infections like Candida. It would be best to avoid washing your penis much as this can irritate and cause similar picture. Show to a Dermatologist to rule out certain infections.
