What Could Be The Reason For Vomiting And Memory Loss ?

For weeks I ve been dizzy, vomiting, have had memory loss and I have also fainted. I am 33 years old. I am not pregnant . I have also noticed some changes in my right breast (small lumps). Could these be related? If not what could be the cause for these symptoms?

Your case require some investigations, according your age.
This symptoms may be functional or due to anxiety, but we should not ignored and should be evaluated.
Small bumps in the breast also require attention.
