What Could Be The Reason For Sickness Followed By Frequent Urination And Tiredness?

hi, this has only happened the one occassion, only last night, there was lots of people around in the street, i started to feel really hot inside an started feeling faint i was then sick. After being sick i was fine, i also get very tired and have a tendency to urinate quite alot. What could this be?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
It can be urinary infection and this is first thing to think of so you should do urine analysis and kidney ultrasound to rule this out. there can also be diabetes so check your blood sugar too. If nothing is found you should check your hormonal levels since some hormonal imbalances can present with symptoms that you have.
