What Could Be The Reason For Sharp Stabbing Pain In Right Side Of Head Frequently?

Yes I am twenty four years old and been experiencing sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my head frequently throughout my day. This just started maybe a week now. The pain are very sharp and quick and painful and always on the right side of my head. Need help figuring it out.

Vision is to be tested. Refraction is to be done and ocular muscle movement to be checked. If required it is to be corrected. For head ache analgesic can be taken.
