General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM
The pain may be due to nerve compression anywhere in the course of the nerve. When you try to sit on floor it will further increase compression. I would advise you to undergo X ray lower back . Kindly consult orthopedician for further examination.Do not bend forward, lift heavy weights, or any heavy exercise till the cause of pain be confirmed..
Wish you a speedy recovery

hi,thanks for query. You may have some nerve compression at higher level. Please consult your doctor and get your self examined. At your age there are chances of disc problem or some pulling of muscles due to some injury to muscles during work or other wise. Please avoid seating on floor,do bend forward and life heavy weight.Apply any local analgesic for pain and see your doctor.
wishing you good health.
