What could be the reason for pain in hydrocle and are there any exercise to cure it ?

My age is 32 years. I have regular pain in my left side hydrocle. a bunch collected with the testicles . kindly tell me what is the problem and what is the cure system. if any excersie is there kindly suggest. thanks.

Read your prob, hydrocele is nothing but accumulation of fluid in scrotum which produse pain, you should consult with surgeon, n do as per his advise. you should avoid weight bearing work or exersise. use tight waist belt, it helps in subsiding your pain.

1. That you already confirmed that you have hydrocele and the pain is the most important sign for growing of the hydrocele..

there is not any exercise can make it relief nor any medicines.

its needed to consult surgeon and go for surgery for the hydrocele..
