I am trying to conceive for now almost 11 months. I have had all the test (ultrasound, pelvic sonography and blood tests) done to check the cause of infertility. Can you please suggest what could be the reason of not conceiving after trying for almost an year?

IF everything is normal you can try ovulation induction with iui for 6months.
even after this ,you can go for IVF BECAUSE UNEXPLAINED infertility need IVF to conceive.
