What Could Be The Reason For Intermittent Fever?

Hello Doctor,
I have an eleven months old son and he is suffering from fever and we have poured the syrup which was suggested by doctor and we observed that once we gave the syrup fever has gone after some time again fever is there. This is occuring mostly in night time. Today we have taken urine check up and reports are PUS CELLS are 3-5 puscells/HPF,colour is Straw yellow, Glucose-Nil, Cast-Nil, Cyrstal-Nil, epithelial cell-"+". Could you please tell what is this means? what are reasons for this fever? and what are steps i need to take care. Kindly reply ASAP. We are more worried

Hai.. By what you say it could be viral illness. Now regarding your questions...
1. Its s normal urine report...not suggestive of urinary infection.
2. Reasons for fever could be a viral infection ad I mentioned.
3. Please give paracetamol in the suggested dose only if temperature is more than 100F. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
