Growth pain can manifest this way. But its better to rule out other causes, if its persisting. Low Vitamin D levels could also present this way. Consult a Paediatric/ General Orthopaedician if the pain persists.
Advice: Encourage outdoor games and morning sunlight if she's not having it adequately.
