What Could Be The Reason For Having Spotting, Sore Breasts, Swollen Bumps On My Nipples, Fatigue And Frequent Urination?

Hi, name is elena. I'm 21. I have a question about symptoms I've been having last 2 half weeks. Last cycle was about 2 months ago (I'm irregular) and symptoms I've been having are:

-spotting (brown and peachy color 4 last week and half)
-soar breats (last 4 days)
-swollen bumps on my nipples
-fatigue
-change in appetite and increase in hunger
-noticeable change in frequency of urination but nothing dramatic

I've taken a couple HPT but they came out negative. This was this past Wednesday and Friday (used mornin urine)

My main concern is the spotting. What'd you think about these symptoms?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pregnancy tests are usually accurate and can normally determine if a woman is pregnant by day 11 to 14 after conception.
There are some tests that can detect lower levels of the HCG hormone (the hormone that is detected in the urine of pregnant women) and can therefore pick up pregnancy earlier.

If you did tests within the range given then it is unlikely that you are pregnant.
If you wish to be sure , you can either do a final one or ask your doctor for a blood HCG level.

There are different possible causes for the symptoms that you are experiencing . It is possible that there are premenstrual symptoms.

In terms of your irregular period, your doctor can determine the cause for its irregularity through blood tests for various hormones and an ultrasound of the uterus.

I hope this helps
