What Could Be The Reason For Having Sore Purple Lumps On My Buttock?

Red/ purple lumps on buttock they start out sore and then afte a few days they don t hurt or itch. They stay for about 2 weeks before they go flat which just leaves me with a small purple patch what could be the course they don t puss like a spot would either

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed furuncles.

These are deep bacterial infections.

Usually they break out as puss filled lesions but may remain as such.

The scars are due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

You can apply antibacterial cream like neospirin.

This may help you.
